Anoushiravan Rohani (Anoushirvan Rohani) and his brother Shahriar Rohani (Shariar Rohani) are on trial in the US for fraud and unlawful possession of musical recordings of Pioneer Iranian singer Roohbakhsh. These recordings were entrusted to Anoushiravan for safe keeping on a temporary basis but he now refuses to give up possession.

To escape punishment in US courts, Anoushiravan Rohani falsely claims that he has never lived in United States. He further claims that he does not maintain any forms of contacts with the country, nor with his brother Shahriar who is a US resident.

Anoushiravan was duely served with the court documents through his San Fernando Valley based attorney. The attorney is denying this fact and is falsely claiming that he has no contacts with Anoushiravan. Shahriar Rohani has refused to answer under oath the truth about the relationship between Anoushiravan and his attorney.

Despite evidence to the contrary, Shahriar Rohani also claims under the penalty of perjury that he has no contacts with Anoushiravan and does not know where he lives or works. Anoushiravan Rohani’s official website is registered to an address in the Sacramento area of California where he lives and works in the house depicted in the slideshow which belongs to his friends, Majid Rahimian and Maryam Rahimian. More often than not, the public persona of celebrities are quite different than those of private natures. Althoug Anoushiravan is loved by millions for his music, to us, Anoushiravan Rohani and his brother Shahriar have proven themselves to be the epitome of white collar criminals and we intend to treat them as such. Rohanis will be tried and punished accordingly in appropriate jurisdictions but we believe that the two brothers should also be tried in the court of public opinion.

To this end we have acquired the domain names of the four Rohani brothers with original spelling of their names; since the Islamic revolution, three brothers have modified their names to remove any references to the word Shah or the Persian Monarchy. We intend to use these domains as public platforms to expose the white collar crimes of Anoushiravan and Shahriar Rohani.
